Derwort Media played an active role as an investor in RosterBuster. From 2017 to 2021, Jeroen helped build RB Group as co-owner and CTO, developing the company behind RosterBuster and RB Logbook.
Working with the team, he developed apps for pilots and cabin crew and helped the business grow. RB Group was acquired by CAE in April 2021. Jeroen then remained involved as a Technology Consultant until November 2023.

The fund is named after Jeroen’s mother, Hermina (Herma) Maria Derwort-Dekker. Her commitment to young people lives on through research and support that give them more opportunities.
